Bartender / Server Instructions

1. Ask the guest for their 6-character flight code.
2. Enter the code below and click “Look Up Flight”.
3. Review the listed spirits and any guest notes.
4. The spirits will appear in the recommended serving order (from top to bottom). Arrange them left to right in that order.
5. Gather the spirits and serve them to the guest.
6. Ring up the flight under their tab to ensure accurate billing.
7. If needed, add any internal notes below and click “Save Notes”.
